Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SocialHub ('the Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
Account Registration
To use SocialHub, you must create an account using Google authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Service Description
SocialHub is a social media management platform that allows users to connect multiple social media accounts, create a personalized public profile page with their links and social media content, display their content across platforms via embeddable widgets, analyze engagement metrics, and manage their social media presence from a unified dashboard. The Service supports integration with various third-party platforms through their official APIs, including Google, YouTube, Twitch, and other social networks.
YouTube API Services
SocialHub uses YouTube API Services to enable YouTube channel integration features. By using our integration with YouTube, you acknowledge and agree that: (a) SocialHub's use of YouTube API Services complies with the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms); (b) You can revoke SocialHub's access to your YouTube data at any time via Google Security Settings (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions); and (c) Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) applies to any data processed through YouTube API Services.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use SocialHub in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; interfere with the proper functioning of the Service; upload malicious code or content; violate the terms of service of any connected third-party platform; or use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
Intellectual Property
SocialHub, including its code, design, logos, and branding, is owned by BangLabs and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our express written permission.
Third-Party Services
SocialHub integrates with third-party platforms through their official APIs. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party platforms. By connecting a third-party account, you grant SocialHub permission to access and interact with that account as necessary to provide our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that may harm other users or third parties. Upon termination, your right to access the Service will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@banglabs.xyz. Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.
Limitation of Liability
BangLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by you to access the Service during the twelve months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Mexican States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Mexico.
